Webber Arnold

A certified master mechanic with over 30 years of experience in automotive and diesel mechanics, Webb has been a leading off-road driving instructor for Chrysler, Jeep, and Land Rover.

His 19-year tenure with Daimler/Chrysler International included training and promotional events for Jeep in 35 countries. A competitor in the 1991 U.S. Camel Trophy (Tanzania/Burundi) and later a team trainer, Webb continues to share his knowledge by providing elite instruction to military and government teams as part of Cameron Advanced Mobility (CAM).


Ken Cameron

Ken Cameron has more than 30 years of expeditionary off-road training, driving and racing experience. As an experienced Camel Trophy Veteran, (1996-2000) he finished 2nd place overall in 1996, and accomplished the 1st East-West 4WD Crossing of Borneo.

Since 1998, Ken and his company Cameron Advanced Mobility (cammobility.com) have provided austere mobility training (4WDs, motorcycles, horses, snowmobiles and air boats) for military special operations teams as well as other government specialty units.

He is an Emergency Medical Technician and a veteran of the United States Army where he served as an 11B Infantryman.


Charles Hendrickson

With over 30 years in high-performance automotive engineering, Charles Hendrickson is the owner-operator of Pro Dyno High Performance, specializing in custom car builds and performance modifications. As a professional off-road racer, he has secured three podium finishes in NORRA, SCORE, and Best in The Desert events. Charles shares his extensive knowledge as a CAM instructor, training military and government special operations teams in high-performance off-road techniques.


Tim Scully

Tim is a seasoned mechanic and professional driving instructor with 20+ years of experience across multiple driving disciplines. A certified mechanic and former rock crawling champion, he also placed third in the Global Trek 2001, representing Land Rover and the USA in South Africa. Through Scully Offroad, Tim collaborates with Jaguar, Land Rover NA, Toyota NA, Ford, Can-Am BRP, and Mitsubishi, managing events, training, and technical vehicle support. He is also a dedicated instructor for military special operations teams.


Jim West

A retired firefighter/paramedic based in Phoenix, AZ, Jim West represented the USA in the 1992 Camel Trophy (Guyana), finishing 2nd overall and winning the "Team Spirit" award. From 1993 to 1998, he played a key role in training and selecting U.S. teams. With 30+ years of experience running remote vehicle-based expeditions in 30 countries across 5 continents. He has a passion for teaching, whether it’s emergency vehicle operations, off-road driving, recovery, vehicle selection/prep, or wilderness medicine to civilians. Jim has a passion for endurance racing having competed in two full Ironman races, dozens of half and shorter distance triathlons, and many mountain bike races.


Pete Sweetser

Born in the UK, Pete Sweetser spent nearly 20 years as a Customs Officer, specializing in investigations and working with agencies worldwide. In 2000/01, he and his wife Michele completed a global overland expedition from London to Malaysia in an ex-Camel Trophy 110, including a rare overland route through China, Nepal, and Laos.

A Camel Trophy Owners Club co-founder, Pete honed his off-road skills under legends like Bob Ives and Duncan Barbour. A 14-year Overland Expo instructor, he teaches border crossing, bribes, and advanced off-road driving.

Now a Cameron Advanced Mobility trainer for U.S. military operators, Pete is NPTC off-road certified, a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, and a Tread Lightly Master Trainer.
